🚲 Benny and the Boring Day That Wasn’t 🎉

Benny the mouse pressed his nose against the toy store window, eyes wide. There it was—a  shiny blue bicycle  with streamers on the handlebars and a bell that looked like it could sing. “I  need  that bike,” Benny whispered. Mr. Mouse, his dad, didn’t even glance at it. “Bicycles are silly,” he said. “Come on, we’ve got shopping to do.” Benny sighed. “Shopping is  so  boring.” Mr. Mouse chuckled. “Maybe it’s more exciting than it seems.” At the greengrocer’s, while Mr. Mouse picked apples and carrots, Benny spotted something strange: The shopkeeper was juggling fruit— three apples and two oranges, flying through the air! “Dad! Look!” Benny pointed. “Nonsense,” said Mr. Mouse. “Shopkeepers don’t juggle. Too sensible.” At the dairy, Benny blinked in surprise. Mrs. Cow, the shop owner, was spinning in circles wearing a pink  ballet tutu , twirling to music only she could hear. “Dad! She’s  dancing! ” Mr. Mouse barely looked up from the c...

🐾 Zuma and the Deep Sea Rescue 🌊

Zuma and the Pups Carry Out Sea Rescues to help the Funlings

By Rune Breinholt Andersen (Paraphrased Edition)

The sun was shining over Adventure Bay, and Zuma was bouncing with excitement at the dock.

“Totally pawsome day for an adventure!” he barked, tail wagging like crazy.

Ryder had called him over for something special—Captain Turbot had seen something sparkling underwater near Seal Island. It might be treasure… or trouble!

“Zuma,” Ryder said, “we need your diving skills. Something shiny’s stuck underwater, and we’re not sure what it is.”

Zuma grinned. “Let’s make a splash!”

He zoomed across the bay in his hovercraft, waves dancing beneath him. The sea sparkled like glitter, and the seagulls sang above. When he reached the dive spot, he suited up and splashed into the blue.

Underwater, everything felt magical. Fish zipped through coral castles, and sunbeams painted the sand below. Then—Zuma spotted it!

A glint of metal was wedged between two rocks.

“Whoa! What do we have here?” he said, swimming closer. “Hmm… this isn’t treasure—it’s an old metal ring caught in fishing line. That’s not safe for sea critters!”

Just as he began untangling it, a squeaky “YIP YIP!” echoed behind him.

Zuma spun around. “Wally?!”

His walrus buddy was trapped in a plastic net!

“I’ve got you, dude—hang tight!” Zuma zipped over, used his trusty rescue scissors, and snipped Wally free. Wally gave a happy honk and rubbed against Zuma’s helmet.

With Wally safe, Zuma returned to free the tangled ring and brought it back to the surface.

Ryder and Rocky were waiting. “Awesome work, Zuma!” Ryder said. “We’ll recycle the metal, and thanks to you, Wally’s okay!”

Later, everyone gathered for a sunset beach picnic. Captain Turbot raised a toast of fishy lemonade.

“To Zuma—the ocean’s best buddy and brave rescuer!”

Zuma wagged his tail proudly. “Just another splashy day saving the bay!”

As the sun melted into the waves, Zuma looked out at the calm sea and smiled.

Because for this pup, the ocean was home—and he was always ready to protect it.
